- Free shipping to the contiguous United States. No minimum.
- Ships from the US. Orders are packed in 1–3 business days at partner warehouses in the United States.
- Delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch, by USPS or a similar carrier.
- Tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 states and Washington, D.C.).
Returns
- 30 days to return. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Free return shipping. We send you a prepaid return label at no cost, and there is no restocking fee.
- To start a return, email shopdiyify@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with your free label and the next steps.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return.
